Ingredients:
- Aashirvaad Atta - 1 cup
- Milk Chocolate - 1/2 cup
- Aashirvaad Ghee - 1/4 cup
- Powdered Sugar - 2 tbsp
- Chopped Pistachios - 2 tbsp
- Aashirvaad Salt - A pinch
How to Prepare Chocolate Peda at Home?
- Heat a pan and add ghee and Aashirvaad Atta to it.
- Roast atta until it starts turning golden brown and aromatic.
- Take it off the heat.
- Melt the chocolate in a double boiler or the microwave.
- Once the chocolate is melted completely, remove it from heat.
- Add roasted atta, salt, sugar and mix well.
- Let the mixture cool down to room temperature.
- Make small balls with this mixture and flatten them slightly on your palm.
- Top the pedas with sliced pistachio and melted chocolate and serve.
