Ingredients:


  • Aashirvaad Atta - 1 cup
  • Milk Chocolate - 1/2 cup
  • Aashirvaad Ghee - 1/4 cup
  • Powdered Sugar - 2 tbsp
  • Chopped Pistachios - 2 tbsp
  • Aashirvaad Salt - A pinch

How to Prepare Chocolate Peda at Home?


  1. Heat a pan and add ghee and Aashirvaad Atta to it.
  2. Roast atta until it starts turning golden brown and aromatic.
  3. Take it off the heat.
  4. Melt the chocolate in a double boiler or the microwave.
  5. Once the chocolate is melted completely, remove it from heat.
  6. Add roasted atta, salt, sugar and mix well.
  7. Let the mixture cool down to room temperature.
  8. Make small balls with this mixture and flatten them slightly on your palm.
  9. Top the pedas with sliced pistachio and melted chocolate and serve.
