Ingredients:


  • ½ cup Butter
  • ½ cup Aashirvaad Atta
  • 1 cup Milk Powder
  • 1 ½ cup Sugar
  • ½ cup Condensed Milk
  • 1 tsp Cardamom Powder
  • 2 cups Milk
  • ½ tsp Orange Food Color
  • ½ tsp Green Food Color
  • Pista For Garnish

How to Prepare Tri Color Peda at Home?


  1. In a pan add in butter and melt it, add in Aashirvaad Atta, milk powder, sugar , condensed milk , cardamom powder and milk and mix well
  2. Use a whisk to mix to ensure there are no lumps
  3. Cook the mixture on a low flame for 10-15 mins until it thickens completely and forms a dough
  4. Once the dough is formed now divide the dough into 3 different bowls
  5. Add in orange food color in one and in another add in green food color
  6. Knead the dough properly
  7. Now take small portions of the different colored dough and form a peda and garnish with pista slivers.
